have you even thought about that maybe some dogs NEED the clothes?! Like hairless dogs? or Chihuahua's, who freeze easily?

yes she dose need clothes to keep warm coz shes a short haired chihuahua and it is very cold at the moment unlese i want her to get ill and freeze.

I've tried at Pet Smart and Target with xsmall clothes for her but everything, even if it's marked as XS, is really big on her. I understand those might fit to fluffy small dogs, but her she is not the case. So now with the weather getting cold I'm trying to get her some cozy jammies or so. Can anyone help me with some advice on that matter?

I have a hairless Chinese Crested that gets cold very easily and also sun burns in the Summer. I also like to protect his skin from my Chihuahua's sharp nails when they play. I try to keep a t-shirt or sweater on him at all times but I hate spending a lot of money on his clothes. Where can I find reasonably priced shirts on the internet? I typically buy him shirts from Target but I still find .00 to be excessive for a dog t-shirt...Any suggestions??

everytime my little chihuahua wears clothes he acts really weird and try to isolate himslef. it's not the first time he wears clothes, but only this time is isolating himself, I'm sure the clothes is comfortable, why do you think he's acting like that?

im looking for affordable and functional clothing for my two chihuahuas. mostly clothes that will be comfortable and keep them warm in the winter.i dont want little jackets or dresses.i want clothes that will cover up most of there body like pjs that cover most of there bodys ,long sleeved sweaters and wrap around blanket covers for there little bodies. its been hard for me to find things that actually keep them warm in the colder weathers of Chicago.im looking for funtional over style. looking for stores i can go to and check it out myself. thanks.

how much do you spend on your chihuahua per year (including airfare for travel, vet costs, food, toys, puppy furniture, ect)? i heard it was about 00 from some woman who quoted the akc. is this true? i do not plan on buying chi clothes (except a winter coat or 2 for whatever chi i get). i would like to hear from chi owners so i can get a rough estimate before i commit. thanks
